All orders are shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the service you choose. All packages are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. If you need one day delivery service your order must be placed by 9am.Priority Express - 1 day in transit
Tracking information is provided as soon as your label has been created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking results to become available. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. All orders are marked as 'merchandise'. The value of all items purchased will be indicated on the customs form. We can't change the item value or mark a package as a gift. A customs form number will be provided as soon as your label has been created. Tracking with first class mail is very limited. If you would like an upgrade to priority mail which includes tracking throughout your package's journey please choose that option during checkout. Recipient is responsible for all customs fees and/or taxes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We understand buying online can be a challenge which is why we take time and care to measure and describe garment fits as accurately as possible. Because of this we do not accept returns unless items are grossly misrepresented or there is an outstanding circumstance regarding your order.
Orders or parts of an order can't be cancelled once order is placed.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping for any item that is (on condition) sent back.
